Acceptable Use Policy

Nature of the Service

Everything produced on SweetPorn is AI-generated synthetic media depicting fictional adults, created from your prompts for entertainment only. The service is strictly for adults aged 18 or over. It is not a tool for undressing, editing, or altering photographs of real people, and it must never be used to depict a real, identifiable individual without that person's explicit consent.

Child Safety: Zero Tolerance & Mandatory Reporting

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any content that sexually depicts, or appears to depict, a minor. This applies equally to prompts, reference images, and generated output, and there are no exceptions.

Our platform runs automated safety systems that screen prompts and images, apply known-image (hash) matching, and combine this with human review to detect and block any attempt to create content involving minors. Flagged requests are refused and never produced or delivered.

Where we detect, or receive a report of, suspected child sexual abuse material — or any attempt to produce it — we will block and remove the content, immediately and permanently ban the account, preserve the relevant records, and report the matter to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and the appropriate law enforcement authorities. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and may disclose account information — including identity, email address, IP address, device data, and payment details — in connection with any such investigation. If we catch you attempting to create this material, we will report you.

Real People & Consent

SweetPorn generates fictional characters. You must not use the service to create, or attempt to create, content that depicts a real, identifiable person — whether by name, prompt, or reference image — without that person's documented, explicit consent. Consent must be freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous. You are solely responsible for obtaining and keeping proof of consent for any real person you reference, and we may request that evidence at any time and suspend accounts where it cannot be verified.

Prohibited Content

The following are strictly prohibited. Requesting, generating, or distributing any of the following will result in immediate enforcement action:

• Content depicting minors — Any content that involves, suggests, or depicts individuals under the age of 18. This is a zero-tolerance rule and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Real people without consent — Content that depicts a real, identifiable person without their documented, explicit consent — including look-alike or reference-based generation.
• Bestiality and incest — Content depicting or promoting sexual acts involving animals or familial relationships.
• Hate speech or harassment — Content that targets individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
• Content promoting violence — Material that incites, glorifies, or instructs others to commit acts of violence, including coerced or non-consensual sexual acts.
• Deceptive impersonation — Synthetic media created to deceive others about the real actions, statements, or endorsements of an actual person.
• Intellectual property infringement — Content that violates the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties.

Prohibited Conduct

In addition to content restrictions, the following behaviours are prohibited:

• Bypassing or attempting to bypass our security measures, age verification, or content-moderation systems.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the platform, its models, or its infrastructure.
• Automated scraping, bot-driven requests, or mass generation outside authorised API usage.
• Sharing, publishing, or reselling generated content in a way that misrepresents it as depicting a real person.
• Reselling or redistributing access to the service without our written authorisation.

Intellectual Property & DMCA

SweetPorn respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without authorisation, send a DMCA notice to [email protected]. Your notice must include:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the infringing material and enough information to locate it.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• Your contact information and a physical or electronic signature.

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in one or more of the following actions, at our sole discretion:

• Immediate removal or refusal of the offending content.
• Temporary suspension or permanent termination of your account without refund.
• Referral to law enforcement, including reports to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.
• Legal action to recover damages and enforce our rights.

By using SweetPorn, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SweetPorn and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of this policy or misuse of the service.

Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behaviour that violates this policy, report it immediately by emailing [email protected] or through our takedown form. Reports involving minors, real people depicted without consent, or imminent harm receive priority and are reviewed within 24 hours.

Policy Updates

We may update this policy at any time to reflect changes to our service, legal requirements, or industry standards. When we do, the revision date at the top will change, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
