Prohibited Content & Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on this Service, whether the content is photographic, AI-generated, or edited. You must not create, upload, request, generate, store, or distribute:

• Any sexual or intimate content that depicts, or appears to depict, a minor or any person under the age of 18 ("CSAM"). This prohibition is absolute and admits no exception.
• Intimate or sexual imagery of a real, identifiable person created or shared without that person's explicit consent (non-consensual intimate imagery, including "deepfakes").
• Any photograph, face, or likeness of another person used without their explicit permission.
• Content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or that violates another person's privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Any attempt to bypass, disable, or defeat our safety filters, content moderation, watermarking, or age-verification controls.

Child Safety: Zero Tolerance, Automated Detection & Mandatory Reporting

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward any content that sexually depicts, or appears to depict, a minor. This prohibition applies equally to real, AI-generated, and edited imagery, and there are no exceptions.

To enforce this, our platform operates automated safety systems that screen prompts and images and apply known-image (hash) matching, combined with human review, and are designed to detect and block the upload, creation, or generation of any content involving minors. Content flagged by these systems is refused and will not be produced or delivered.

Where we detect, or receive a report of, suspected child sexual abuse material — or any attempt to produce it — we will block and remove the content, immediately suspend and permanently ban the account, preserve the relevant records, and report the matter to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the appropriate law enforcement authorities, as required by law.

We cooperate fully with law enforcement and may disclose account information — including identity, email address, IP address, device data, and payment details — in connection with any such investigation, without prior notice to you where permitted by law. If we catch you attempting to create this material, we will report you.

Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery & Removal

You may only create images of yourself or of a consenting adult who has given you explicit permission. Creating, uploading, or sharing intimate imagery of a real, identifiable person without their consent is prohibited and is unlawful in many jurisdictions.

If intimate imagery depicting you has been created or shared on the Service without your consent, you may request its removal by contacting our support team. We act on valid reports promptly and, consistent with applicable law (including the U.S. TAKE IT DOWN Act), aim to remove verified non-consensual intimate imagery within 48 hours of a valid request.

Your Responsibility & Indemnification

You are solely and fully responsible for the content you generate, upload, publish, and distribute, and for ensuring that you hold all rights and consents required to do so. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the operator of this Service and its affiliates from and against any claim, demand, loss, or liability, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the Service, the content you create, or your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use SweetPorn. We reserve the right to request age verification. Account credentials should not be shared outside your organisation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your login.

2. Acceptable Use

Our tools may only be used with the consent of all parties depicted or in lawful creative projects that respect individual privacy. You may not generate or distribute content that is defamatory, threatening, non-consensually explicit, or otherwise illegal in your jurisdiction. Attempts to circumvent safeguards, watermarking, or moderation queues will result in immediate suspension.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscription plans are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Credit balances remain available until spent or until an account is terminated for cause. Detailed rate information is published on the pricing page. Refund requests are evaluated in accordance with local consumer protection laws. We may suspend services if payment attempts fail.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to original uploads. You grant SweetPorn a limited licence to process those materials for the sole purpose of rendering outputs. We retain rights to platform code, model weights, training data, and associated intellectual property. Unless explicitly licenced, you may not reverse engineer or redistribute our technology.

5. Takedowns & Enforcement

Copyright owners and privacy subjects can submit removal requests via the takedown form. We respond within one business day and may preserve audit logs to cooperate with law enforcement. Repeated or severe violations result in termination without refund and may trigger reporting obligations.

6. Limitation of Liability

SweetPorn provides the service "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees paid to SweetPorn in the preceding three months.

7. Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect new features, legal requirements, or security improvements. When we do, a notice will appear in your account dashboard and we will update the revision date above. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States.
